Uni-Cité joins the Cité-ID Living Lab, SPHERELAB and the Partenariat du Quartier des Spectacles to support the process of developing a 2022-2026 strategic plan.
The Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles (PQDS) has become known for its bold actions developed in concert with diverse stakeholders. As it approaches its 20th anniversary - which coincides with the end of the health crisis (COVID-19), the renegotiation of its contractual agreement with the City of Montreal, and the end of major cultural collective infrastructure project - the organization is at a turning point in its development.
Keen to make informed decisions on its role for the coming years, the PQDS called on research teams (SPHERELAB and Cité-ID Living Lab) to support its strategic planning process. The goal: to make evidence-based decisions to anchor their choices and vision.
The Collaboratory supported researchers in integrating science into the strategic plan’s development.
