Marie-Christine Therrien is a full professor of management at the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) and Director of the Cité-ID Living Lab in Urban Resilience Governance. Her research interests relate to the governance of resilience, complex organizations and crisis management.
Yan Kestens
Co-director
Yan Kestens is a full professor at the School of Public Health at the University of Montreal and leads the SPHERELab. His research aims to improve our understanding of the impact of urban changes on population health. He is particularly interested in the convergence of objectives related to sustainability, resilience, quality of life and the reduction of social inequities in health.
Zoé Poirier Stephens

Zoé Poirier Stephens is research coordinator at SPHERELAB. With a master's degree in urban planning from McGill University, she is interested in the effects of the built environment on our health and social connections. She is driven by the idea of using science to support better public policies and making the world of research more accessible.
Joris Arnaud
Research Professional
Joris Arnaud is a research and planning officer at Cité-ID LivingLab. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Montreal and a master's degree in environmental science from the University of Quebec at Montreal. Joris is interested in analyzing political feasibility and the links between science and politics in urban settings, as well as the development of social links with the aim of increasing individual and collective resilience in times of crisis.
